Ae66 Terms and Conditions – Official Platform Guidelines

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the ae66 platform, accessible via ae66.vin and all services offered therein, including Live Casino, Slots, Sports Betting, Fish Shooting Games, and the VIP program. These Terms take effect from the date you first register or use the ae66 platform.

Continued use of the ae66 platform after any amendments to these Terms will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are advised to discontinue use of the ae66 platform immediately and contact our support team to process your account closure.

02 Member Eligibility

To register and use ae66's services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You are an individual with the legal capacity to enter into a valid and binding agreement in the jurisdiction where you are located.
• You are not in any jurisdiction where access to online gambling sites is expressly prohibited by law.
• You have never had an ae66 account closed due to fraud, bonus abuse, or prior Terms violations.
• You are registering on your own behalf and not under instruction from or on behalf of any third party.
• You will not use illegally obtained funds to make deposits at ae66.

Ae66 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend an account while the verification process is ongoing. Members found to be in breach of these eligibility requirements will have their accounts closed immediately, and all funds associated with the fraud will be held pending investigation.

03 Registration & Account Management

Each ae66 member is only permitted to hold one (1) active account only. Holding multiple accounts under the same name, phone number, IP address, or financial details is strictly prohibited. ae66 reserves the right to close all detected duplicate accounts and forfeit any existing balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, phone number, date of birth, and bank details for withdrawals. False or inaccurate information may result in your account being closed and winnings voided without prior notice.

• Your ae66 account password is entirely your personal responsibility. ae66 will not be liable for any losses resulting from a password that has been shared or exposed to another party.
• You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Changes can be made via your account profile page or by contacting ae66 customer support.
• Ae66 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any time to ensure account security and comply with anti-money laundering requirements.
• Documents that may be requested during KYC include identification cards, bank statements, and proof of address. This process is conducted securely and your information is fully protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

04 Deposit & Withdrawal

Ae66 supports a range of deposit methods popular among Malaysian users, including FPX, DuitNow, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and Boost. All deposits are processed instantly and funds will be credited to your ae66 account within seconds once payment is confirmed by the banking system.

Deposit terms:

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by chosen payment method and the member's VIP tier. Refer to the deposit section in your account for the latest information.
• Ae66 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own charges beyond ae66's control.
• All deposits must be made using an account in the same name as your ae66 account. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned.

Withdrawal terms:

• Withdrawals are processed to the bank account or e-wallet registered under the same member's name. ae66 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Ae66 Diamond VIP members enjoy withdrawal processing in under 5 minutes. Standard members are processed within 15 to 30 minutes depending on the chosen withdrawal method.
• The minimum withdrawal limit is RM 50 per transaction. The daily maximum limit depends on the member's VIP tier.
• Before your first withdrawal is processed, you may be required to complete identity verification (KYC) to ensure transaction security.
• If there is an active bonus in your account, the bonus wagering requirement (rollover) must be fulfilled before any withdrawal can be processed.

05 Bonus & Promotions

Ae66 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, referral bonuses, and special festive promotions. Each bonus is subject to specific conditions stated in the relevant promotion terms.

• Wagering requirement (rollover): Every bonus received has a specific rollover requirement that must be met before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. Rollover requirements are clearly stated in the terms of each promotion.
• Bonus validity period: All bonuses have a set validity period. Bonuses not used within the specified period will expire automatically and will not be re-credited.
• One active bonus at a time: By default, only one active bonus is allowed per account at any given time, unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonus abuse prohibition: ae66 does not permit any form of bonus abuse, including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, using betting strategies designed to fulfill rollover requirements without genuine risk, or coordinating activity with other members to exploit promotions.
• Ae66 reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings if abuse is proven, without prior notice to the member involved.

06 Game Rules

All games offered at ae66 — including Live Casino, Slots, Sports Betting, and Fish Shooting Games — have their own rules that every member must follow. Detailed rules for each game can be found within the game interface itself.

• The outcome of every game is determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system or by live game processes overseen by a real dealer. ae66 does not manipulate game results in any way.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, ae66 will use server records to determine the valid outcome. In cases where the outcome cannot be determined, the affected wagers will be returned to the member's account.
• Bets that have been confirmed and recorded in the ae66 system are final and cannot be reversed except in circumstances clearly involving a technical error on ae66's part.
• Ae66 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets that were opened or closed incorrectly due to system or human error.
• For Sports Betting, ae66 uses real-time updated odds. Bets confirmed before any odds change are valid at the odds recorded at the time of confirmation.

07 Fraud & Security

Ae66 takes any form of fraud, system manipulation, and activities that compromise platform integrity extremely seriously. ae66's monitoring system operates 24/7 to detect suspicious activity.

• The use of automated software (bots), scripts, or third-party tools to play or manipulate the ae66 system is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.
• Any attempt to hack, breach, or disrupt ae66's systems is a serious violation that will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorized party, please contact ae66 support immediately for assistance.
• Ae66 uses 256-bit SSL encryption for all communication between your device and ae66's servers, ensuring your personal information and financial transactions are always protected.
• Members found to be committing fraud, impersonating others, or engaging in money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities and may face legal action.

08 Account Closure & Suspension

Ae66 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these Terms. Members may also request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting ae66 support.

• Accounts closed due to Terms violations may not be eligible for recovery of remaining funds, depending on the nature of the violation.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant, and ae66 reserves the right to apply a small monthly maintenance fee until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the member.
• Members who close their account for responsible gambling reasons (voluntary self-exclusion) may reapply once the self-exclusion period has ended. ae66 encourages such members to seek professional support first.

09 Limitation of Liability

Ae66 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While ae66 makes every effort to ensure uninterrupted operation, ae66 makes no guarantee that the service will always be free from errors, disruptions, or technical failures.

• Ae66 is not responsible for any financial losses incurred as a result of valid game outcomes, odds fluctuations, or Sports Betting results.
• Ae66 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the ae66 platform.
• In the event of a technical disruption caused by ae66, ae66's liability is limited solely to the value of the affected wager.
• Ae66 is not responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your password.

10 Responsible Gambling
